EnergyScanIR™ Survey thermographic only Evaluation $299

Infrared Thermography is a proven diagnostic technique recommended by the US Department of Energy for identifying areas of heat loss. Considering your heating and cooling load can be up to 50% of your actual energy bill, a thermal scan of your home can identify where those wasted dollars are going-no matter what type of heating or cooling system you have. Enhanced EnergyScanIR™ Survey thermographic & blower door Evaluation $399

Our enhanced survey is a more detailed analysis of your home with the inclusion of a Blower Door Fan Test on your home. A Blower door is used in conjunction with an infrared camera to help further identify your leaky areas and help you to not only see your insulation deficiencies but as well as the smallest of air leaks.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, you can reduce your heating and cooling costs by 10% by simply reducing the air leaks in your home.

HERS Rating- $699

The HERS rating and audit is based on the standards as defined by RESNET. The HERS rating will define and categorieses the home with a rating number and is capable to supply numerous options for reports at the conclusion of the analysis. Reports can cover the following:

Comprehensive Home Energy Audit – $699

The comprehensive home energy audit is based on the RESNET approved and ONCOR sponsored Texas HERO (Home Energy Rating Organization) standard.
